6. Touch your elder s feet every morning and wish them Holy Slogan guru (Naara) with respect and bless youngsters and wish them Holy Slogan with love.
7. Motivate the people to shed their evil and to take NAAM, the method of meditation.
8. Avoid all types of corruption and earn through hard work and honesty.
9. Start the day s activities with prayer of god and determination for doing good deeds and service to the mankind.
10. Recite guru NAAM before every meal for getting spiritual freshness.
11. Donate/ utilize the 15th part of your income for the service of the mankind or give it to FOUNDATION FOR COMMAN MAN (Welfare SOCITY} , which is associated for this noble cause at state and national level.
12. For the welfare of mankind, donate blood, eyes or commit to donate your whole body after death and literate others.
13. Be truthful in your behavior and in any money transactions.
14. Do not do any discrimination based on cast or creed and superiority or inferiority.
15. Avoid the use of intoxicants, include physical exercise in your daily schedule and do your own work as far as possible.
16. Do not lend money on high rates of interest and never do the exploitation of the poor and helpless people.
17. Speak sweetly and never abuse others.
18. Adopt truthfulness in words, deeds and thoughts.
19. Give up condemnation and inspire others to lead the path of God.
20. Adopt humility, politeness and simplicity.
21. Contribute in creating a healthy society by avoiding the social evils like dowry system, child marriage, female foeticide, child labour, etc. The domestic items and money given to girl by her family members willingly, is not dowry but it is girl s right.
22. Give equal status to male and female and consider them to be equal.
23. Render all possible help to rescue others from troubles and accidents.
24. Inspire the healthy and young beggars for earning through hard work instead of giving them alms.
25. Give food to hungry, water to thirsty, help to needy, education to illiterate and if possible, employment to unemployed.
26. Do never hurt anyone s religious sentiments.
27. Do not listen to PARHLAD Guru s condemnation and never indulge in controversy nor condemn others.
28. Avoid bad company. Be with good people and talk about God s blessings.
29. Follow the path of truth and spiritualism.
30. Never torture others nor accept the injustice.
31. Welfare is the religion and humanity is our cast.
32. Meditate regularly. Do meditation at least half an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening.
33. Meditate for half or an hour between 2:00-4:00 AM everyday in the morning and then follow your daily routine (breakfast, earning through hard work, giving time to your family, meditation before you sleep and going to bed in time).

35. Serve your lives for the glory of your Guru and for your country.
36. Follow the path of non-violence. It means you will neither kill any creature nor will you torture them.

44. Elders should give chance to youngsters to work independently. They should spend most of their time to the worship of God and give all the domestic responsibilities to his/her children.

After a year, girl’s suicide case changed to murder
New Delhi: In an investigative travesty, the police have re-registered the mysterious death of 16-year-old girl as murder, more than a year after it had been lodged as a suicide case.
Two months after the death in July 2007 in east Delhi
The body of the victim, Reshma, a student of class X in a government school, was found on the roof of her residence at West Vinod Nagar near Mandawali in east Delhi
However, within two months of the incident, the situation turned suspect after the girl’s mother said that she had seen two local youths fleeing from the their house immediately after she heard her daughter shout out for help. She had then rushed up to find her daughter engulfed in flames. The police has decided to restart investigations and are even contemplating a narco-analysis on the suspects.
According to Ajay Chaudhry, DCP (east), it was the constant pressure from the local residents which forced him to re-think the police’s original line of investigation. ‘‘The victim’s mother had not informed us about the youths for the first one-and-a-half month. The post-mortem report too was delayed. When we initially questioned the boys, nothing concentrate turned out and we decided to lodge a case of suicide.’’
‘‘However, social worker prahlad kumar aggarwal chairman foundation for comman man came to us a number of times. They even wrote to other senior people in the administration. Given their repeated pleas, we have decided to give the investigations another try and hence registered a case of murder on August 8 at the Mandawali police station. We might even subject the suspects to a narco-analysis soon,’’ DCP Chaudhry added.
Riyazuddin Khan (42), the father of the girl who works as a DJB contractor, recalls the day of the incident.
‘‘My daughter returned from school on July 9 and told us that one Zaki Ahmed (18), her classmate, had harassed her after school. He was a friend of Ashif Mohammad, who is our neighbour, who we know well. That evening when Reshma went to the terrace to fetch homemade pickle, my wife heard the girl scream out and ran upstairs. She saw Ashif and another youth fleeing towards the main road. We rushed her to a local hospital where she was declared brought dead,’’ said Riyazuddin.
Riyazuddin said that though they informed the police about the incident,the police was reluctant to act. ‘‘We petitioned with the local police, ACP, DCP, the police commissioner and even the chief minister. Yet it took 13 months for them to register a murder case. I hope my daughter will be relieved,’’ he said.

भूख और बीमारी से पीड़ित है पूरा परीवार

ईस्ट देल्ही गुरुनानक पूरा की रहने वाले राजू का परीवार के हालत इतने नाजुक हो गये है की बह भूख और बीमारी से हर दीन हर पल रोता रोता हुआ दीखाई दे रहा है उस की एक एक साँस मुहले वालो के आसरे पर टीकी है कारण है की ८ सदसय के परीवार मे कोई कमाने वाला नही है और सबसे छोटा भाई ३ महीने का है और सब से बडी १२ साल की बहन है और उस के पीता की मोत टीबी से हो चुकी है! यह राजू कम उमर होने की बजह से चाह कर भी काम नही कर सकता ! अपने पीता को टीबी से बचाने की लीये राजू ८ साल की उमर से ही सकुल के साथ कम भी करने लग गया पर राजू अपने पीता को नही बचा सका और उस के पीता ने उसकी आँखों की सामने ही तडफ तडफ कर जान दे दी समाज सेवी प्रहलाद अग्गर्वल ने पर्शासन से भी इनकी समसया का समाधान करने का पर्यास कीया था पर कोई सुनवाई नही हुई अब पुरे परीवार का भार राजू के सर पर आ गया है ! मीली जानकारी के मुताबीक लगभग १० साल का राजू नीवासी गुरुनानक पूरा की आर्थीक हालत भुत ही दंदनीय है ! एक तो गरीबी दूसरी इस कच्ची उमर मे अपने छोटे भाई की टीबी की बीमारी पर रोज दवाई का बोझ और अपनी माँ और ७ भाई बहनों का खर्च राजू टीबी की बीमारी से अपने पीता को तो खो चूका है अपने भाई को नही खोना चाहता इसलिए घर चलाने के लीये सुबह ही बहार चला जाता है पर चाह कर भी इतना नही कमा पाता की छोटे भाई की दवाई करा सके और पुरे परीवार को भर पेट खाना दे सके पूरा परीवार बीमारी और कुपोषण का शीकार हो रहा है ! राजू और उसका परीवार देल्ही के जाने माने इलाके गुरुनानक पूरा मे गुजर बश्र कर रहा है जहा से १० जनपथ कोई जयादा दूर नही है पर राहुल जी को हजारो किलो मीटर दूर से कलावती का दुःख तो उसके पती के मरने के बाद पता चल गया पर राजू का पता न जाने कब लगेगा ! हलाकी समाज सेवी प्रह्लाद कुमार अग्गर्वल उसे अत्योद्या राशन कार्ड उपलब्ध कराने के पर्यासो मे लगे है बही समय समय पर उसकी आर्थीक मदद के प्रयासों मे लगे रहते है और उस की माँ को बीध्वा पन्शन दिलाने का पर्यास भी कर रहे है लेकीन गोरमेंट की तरफ से कोई मदद नही मिल सकी है उनका कहना है की भूखमरी और टीबी से राहत के लीये राहत का प्रवाधान है पर इस परीवार की कोई सुध नही ली गयी ! एस परीवार का कया होगा जो १० साल के राजू के कन्धो पर टीका है और पूरा परीवार कुपोषण का सीकर हो रहा है ! कया इन की सुनवाई सर्कार करेगी खा जाये तो राजू के परीवार का तो भगवान ही मालीक है !

Dear Sir
The current agitation - regarding land to Shri Amaranth Shrine Board (SASB) which has already consumed 10 lives with 500 more injured during last 42 days in the State of J&K and in which Hindu communalists from Jammu region and from rest of India have again started beating the Muslims from Kashmir valley with the stick of Article 370 of The Constitution of India - may turn into a blessing in disguise for Kashmiris if they (as explained and given below) shed their inferiority and insecurity complex by not only enlarging their vision commensurate with contemporary globalized world but also become grateful to about hundred thousand Kashmiri martyrs who laid down their lives for independent unified Kashmir:-
(1)- First and foremost the Kashmiris ought to realize that (i)- most of the political problems in this region of South Asia is the result and attendant mindset of India's partition in 1947, on communal lines and (ii)- The last word on India's partition is yet to be written.
(2)- Even after India's partition whether Punjabis or Bengalis, no community speaking same language and predominantly practicing same religion is living on two sides of the border. But Kashmiris who speak same language and predominantly practice same religion Islam are constrained by India, Pakistan and International community to live on two sides of the border (LOC).
(3)- The social / political / economical compulsions of India, Pakistan. Bangladesh, Shri Lanka, Nepal etc will usher this region, sooner than later, into the realty of Federation of Secular Democratic SAARC countries (FSDSAARC).
(4)- Hindu communal forces in tandem with Muslim communal forces strived for and achieved India's partition because that was the only way these communal forces could hold the sway on Hindus and Muslims in partitioned countries without any disturbance from other religionists.
(5)- Moreover precisely for this reason these Hindu / Muslim communal forces not only shall want and try to keep India, Pakistan and Bangladesh as separate political entities but also (i)- Article 370 of The Constitution of India which gives special status to the State of J&K was enacted by Hindu majority India in order to debilitate Muslim majority J&K by depriving it the benefit and vigor of main stream political life of India (ii)- India was never questioned that why India did not try militarily to retrieve its territory of so called Pakistan occupied Kashmir (POK) if India really believes POK to be its territory especially in view of the fact that Pakistan tried to take militarily the territory (which Pakistan believes its own) of Indian side of J&K consistently (during 1947, 1948, 1965, 1971, Kargil war etc.).
(6)- Neither it requires the Sachhar Committee report to know the pathetic condition of Muslims in India nor it needs a political scientist to understand that the way Muslims are treated and systematically butchered during communal riots in Hindu majority India (latest being thousands of Muslim massacred in 2002 Gujarat pogrom) most of the 150 million Indian Muslims want India, Pakistan and Bangladesh to again become one political entity for the simple reason that the present demographic ratio of 5.5 : 1 in Hindu's favor will reduce to 2 : 1 and which will effectively deter Hindus from inflicting such gross injustices on Muslims. But strangely Kashmiris have not exploited this craving of Muslims from rest of India for realizing FSDSAARC.
(7)- The probable reasons why Kashmiris are not pressing for unified J&K (by not questioning India that why India is not retrieving militarily its territory of POK) is the simple fact that (i)- Kashmiris are ungrateful people as they not only have forgotten the martyrdom of one thousand Kashmiris who laid down their lives for independent unified Kashmir but their civilians like Azads of Congress, Abdullahs of National Conference, Muftis of PDP etc have been enjoying State power and patronage for so long while least bothered about the martyrdom of these Kashmiris who lost their lives for time bound Kashmir solution. (ii)- These 1,00,000 Kashmiris laid down their lives for unified Kashmir under the leadership of Pakistanis (mostly fundamentalists) hence Kashmiris could never ask India to retrieve militarily its territory of POK. Moreover after 9 / 11 under the pressure of USA, the Pakistan (USA's ally in global war against terrorism) has ditched the Kashmiris with the result the Kashmiris are bereft of leadership hence clueless about Kashmir solution.
(8)- But with the coming general elections in J&K and in view of the on going agitation regarding land to SASB, the Kashmiris have a golden opportunity to not only achieve unified sovereign J&K but also to be a major player and catalyst for the realization of FSDSAARC in which unified sovereign J&K may also be a member like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Shri Lanka, Nepal etc.
(9)- For this the Kashmiris should tell India loud and clear that Kashmiris are prepared for the abolition of Article 370 of the Constitution of India provided publicly and officially India undertakes to retrieve (militarily or otherwise) its territory of POK within a time bound period of say one year. In the backdrop of said demand of Kashmiris from India regarding unified Kashmir how much these two factors (i)- India and Pakistan both being nuclear States and (ii)- Pakistan being old and tested ally of USA, shall have influence on shaping FSDSAARC with 2 : 1 Hindu - Muslim demographic ratio, is any body's guess.

The word Hindu is not a religious word. It is secular in origin. It is derived from the word Sindhu, which is the name of a major river that flows in the northwestern region of the Indian subcontinent. The ancient Greeks and Armenians used to refer the people living beyond the river Sindhu as Hindus and gradually the name struck. When the Muslims came to the sub continent they called the people living in the region as Hindustanis to distinguish them from the foreign Muslims. Subsequently when the British established their rule, they started calling the local religions collectively under the name of Hinduism.
It is interesting to note that the word is neither Sanskrit nor Dravidian and did not originate in India. It was not used by Indians in their descriptions or writings till the 17th century. If we go by the original definition of the word Hindu, any one who lives in the subcontinent is a Hindu and whatever religion he or she practices is Hinduism. The word Hindu is a secular word and literally translated it means Indian and the word Hinduism denotes any religion or religions that are practiced by the multitude of people living in the land beyond the river Indus.

Mughal Atrocities
SHAH JAHAN
The pendulum started swinging towards the true spirit of Islam at the very start of Shah Jahan�s reign in 1628 AD. Its outer symbol was the reappearance of the beard on the face of the emperor. Abdul Hamid Lahori records in his Bãdshãhnãma: �It had been brought to the notice of His Majesty that during the late reign many idol temples had been begun, but remained unfinished at Benares, the great stronghold of infidelism. The infidels were now desirous of completing them. His Majesty, the defender of the faith, gave orders that at Benares, and throughout all his dominions in every place, all temples that had been begun should be cast down. It was now reported from the province of Allahabad that 76 temples had been destroyed in the district of Benares.� That was in 1633 AD.
In 1635 AD, Shah Jahan�s soldiers captured some ladies of the royal Bundela family after Jujhar Singh and his sons failed to kill them in the time-honoured Rajput tradition. In the words of Jadunath Sarkar, �Mothers and daughters of kings, they were robbed of their religion and forced to lead the infamous life of the Mughal harem.� Shah Jahan himself made a triumphal entry into Orchha, the capital of the Bundelas, demolished the lofty and massive temple of Bir Singh Dev, and raised a mosque in its place. Two sons and one grandson of Jujhar Singh who were of tender age, were made Musalmans. Another son of Jujhar Singh, Udaybhan, and a minister, Shyam Dawa, had fled to Golconda where they were captured by Qutbul-Mulk and sent to Shah Jahan. According to Bãdshãhnãma again, �Udaybhan and Shyam Dawa, who were of full age, were offered the alternative of Islam or death. They chose the latter and were sent to hell.�
MUMTAZ MAHAL AND TAJ MAHAL
At the age of fifteen, the prince who would be called King of the World met a refined and highborn young girl at a bazaar within the walls of the royal palace in Agra. Court poets celebrated the girl's extraordinary beauty. "The moon," they said, "hid its face in shame before her." For both, it was love at first sight. Five years would pass before the auspicious day chosen for their wedding, and from that moment, they became inseparable companions.

Prince Khurram was the fifth son of the Emperor Jahangir, who ruled in the country now known as India in the sixteenth century. Although the prince was not the eldest son, he soon became the favorite.

"Gradually as his years increased, so did his excellence," wrote Jahangir. "In art, in reason, in battle, there is no comparison between him and my other children." At his father's command, Prince Khurram led many military campaigns to consolidate the empire, and in honor of his numerous victories, Jahangir granted him the title "Shah Jahan", "King of the World", a tribute never before paid to an as yet uncrowned Mughal king.
But when Jahangir's health failed, his sons rivaled for succession to the throne. Ultimately, after years of battle and the deaths of his brothers under suspicious circumstances, Shah Jahan was victorious. In 1628, the King of the World ascended the throne in a ceremony of unrivaled splendor. Beside him stood his queen, his comrade and confidante. He titled her "Mumtaz Mahal", "Chosen One of the Palace", and commissioned for her a luxurious royal residence of glistening white marble. In turn, she gave him tender devotion, wise counsel and children – many children – to insure the continuance of the magnificent Mughal dynasty.

The reign of Shah Jahan marked the long summer of Mughal rule, a peaceful era of prosperity and stability. It was also an age of outrageous opulence, and a time when some of the world's largest and most precious gems were being mined from India's soil. According to author and art historian Milo Beach, "Jewels were the main basis of wealth, and there were literally trunks of jewels in the imperial treasury, trunks of emeralds, sapphires, rubies and diamonds. Shah Jahan inherited it all. He had immense wealth and tremendous power and palaces all over the country." The splendor of his court outshone those of his father and grandfather. Inscribed in gold on the arches of his throne were the words, "If there be paradise on earth, it is here."
But in this world, there is an ancient tradition: sweet pleasure is not without bitterness... .
In 1631, in the fourth year of his reign, Shah Jahan set out for Burhanpur with his armies to subdue a rebellion. Even though Mumtaz Mahal was in the ninth month of a pregnancy, she accompanied him as she had done many times before. On a warm evening of April in 1631, the queen gave birth to their fourteenth child, but soon afterwards suffered complications and took a turn for the worse. According to legend, with her dying breath, she secured a promise from her husband on the strength of their love: to build for her a mausoleum more beautiful than any the world had ever seen before.
The King cried out with grief, like an ocean raging with storm... He put aside his royal robes and for the whole week afterward, His Majesty did not appear in public, nor transact any affairs of state... From constant weeping he was forced to use spectacles, and his hair turned gray...
Shah Jahan grieved for two years. By official opinion, he never again showed enthusiasm for administering the realm. His only solace would be found in the world of art and architecture, and an obsession with perfection that would last his lifetime. Six months after the death of his wife, he laid the foundation for her memorial across the Jamuna River near his palace in Agra... the jewel of India, the far-famed Taj Mahal.

Pearly pink at dawn and opalescent by moonlight, Mumtaz Mahal's tomb is so delicately ethereal that it threatens to disappear during Agra's white-heat afternoons. In the center of the mausoleum lie the remains of the Empress. Subdued light filters through the delicate screens surrounding her cenotaph and mullahs chant verses from the Koran. It is here that Shah Jahan came with his children to honor the memory of his beloved wife. Here, at last, he found solace.

But Shah Jahan's tranquility was suddenly shattered when his son Aurangzeb assailed the throne. Just as Shah Jahan had conspired against his brothers for Jahangir's empire, so did his own son plot against him. In 1658, Aurangzeb declared himself emperor and imprisoned his father in a tower of the Red Fort in Agra. For Shah Jahan, King of the World, who once commanded the unbounded wealth of an empire, his only consolation would be a view across the Jamuna River to his vision of Paradise.

All humans, including animals are, automatically, awarded 4 basic sufferings, mainly: Birth, Disease, Old Age, and Death, why are they showing wrong path, cut and shoot methods, to souls intensifying sufferings more than the 4 awarded basic sufferings?
